We understand that unexpected situations can come up. To keep things fair and clear, this policy applies to all participants who aren’t on a payment plan.
You can transfer your registration to another participant up to 7 days before the workshop at no charge.
Transfers within 7 days of the workshop may have a $25 processing fee.
If we cancel or reschedule a workshop, you’ll get a full refund, or you can move your registration to a future workshop.
Missing a workshop without notice isn’t eligible for a refund.
Exceptions, such as medical emergencies, are considered case by case at the organizers’ discretion.
