cancellation policy

We understand that unexpected situations may arise that require you to cancel your registration. To ensure fairness and clarity, the following cancellation and refund policy applies to all participants not on payment plans:
Cancellations by Participant
  • More than 30 days before the workshop: Full refund, minus a $25 administrative fee.
  • 15–30 days before the workshop: 50% refund of the registration fee.
  • Less than 15 days before the workshop: No refunds will be issued.
Transfers
  • Registrations may be transferred to another participant up to 7 days before the workshop with no additional charge.
  • Transfers requested within 7 days of the workshop may be subject to a $25 processing fee.
Cancellations by Organizer
  • If the workshop is canceled or rescheduled by the organizers, participants will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer their registration to a future workshop.
No-Shows
  • Participants who do not attend the workshop without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
Special Circumstances
  • Exceptions (such as medical emergencies) may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the organizers.
