Flexible training options

We recognize that financial investment is a critical factor when selecting a professional training program. The Beyond the Box Play Therapy Training Program is a structured, evidence-informed pathway specifically designed to support completion of Registered Play Therapist (RPT) certification within two years, and no more than three. Fully approved by the Association for Play Therapy, the program integrates required coursework and supervised instruction into a streamlined model that reduces unnecessary time and expense.

The attached pricing reflects the comprehensive program package and is calculated with the full training sequence in mind. While participants may elect to pursue components on an à la carte basis, doing so may result in a higher overall cost. This bundled structure is intentionally designed to maximize value, efficiency, and continuity of training while maintaining the highest professional and ethical standards.

Important: Experiential hours consist of direct client contact using play therapy and are completed independently at the participant’s place of employment or through approved arrangements.

The full price for the Supervision Package is $2,690. There are three payment options:

  • Pay in full and receive a 5% discount – total would then be $2,555
  • Pay in 24/monthly payments of $115.45 set up on AutoPay (includes 3% admin fee)
  • Monthly invoice reflective of the services received each month, to be paid within 10 days of receiving the invoice.
Phase One: 8 month period
  • 3 workshops (45 hours)
  • 50-75 Experience Hours
  • 8 Supervision Hours – schedule 2 1.5 hour groups* & 5 1 hour individual

Phase Two: 8 Month Period
  • 4 workshops (60 hours)
  • 100-150 Experience Hours

  • 3 workshops (45 hours)
  • 100-175 Experience Hours
  • 13.5 Supervision Hours – schedule 5 1.5 hour groups* & 6 1 hour individual meetings
  • 2 Video Observation

 Each 90-minute group provides a minimum of .3 hours of individual as group supervision and 1.2 hour of group supervision
